We also require a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to be completed and returned to the school.

Primary School Offer Day

On Thursday 16th April 2020 you will recieve your child's offer of a place from the local authority. Please follow their instructions and contact the school as soon as you can to accept the place on the email address office@sacredheartleeds.org.uk. Please also take note of the information from the local authority on thier webpage:
 https://www.leeds.gov.uk/residents/children-families-and-carers/schools-and-learning/school-places/admissions-primary-schools

Following your acceptance of the school place we will contact you via email to collate information and to plan your child's start to school life.

We know that starting school can be nerve-racking and that you will have a number of questions. We also recognise that during this time of government restrictions there may be more uncertaintiy, questions and concerns. We are actively planning for your child's transition into Reception Class and will keep in touch with you and your family. We will still work closely with all pre-school settings and plan a number of visits for your child to school before their first day. However, we acknowledge that some of our normal transition routines will be altered or changed in light of government restictions and will be influenced by when schools reopen. We will keep you informed of plans along the way and look forward to welcoming you to our school when we fully reopen.

Whilst we are currently closed due to the coronavrius lockdown it may take slightly longer than normal to respond to voice messages and emails, we will respond to all questions and enquiries within 48 hours.
We look foward to meeting you and welcoming your child to Sacred Heart.
