Permission to Walk Home or to Designated Meeting Point

Complete this form if your child is in Year 5 or Year 6 and you would like them to walk home or to a designated meeting point. Home must be within a 1 mile radius of school, and the designated meeting point agreed by the headteacher, for permission to be granted. You should be available to meet your child at home or at the agreed meeting point, and you must discuss with your child what actions they should take in the exceptional circumstances that you are not available to meet them. Permission will be granted at the school's discretion.
